What comes with a saber?
Each saber includes: a charger, retention screws and tool, a manual, and of course, a blade!

Quality Control
Sabers: Quality and your satisfaction are our highest priorities! Because of this we ensure that every part of your saber works perfectly before we send it to you. Our hands and eyes are on it repeatedly to find any possible problems so they can be addressed before you even receive it.

Fulfillment Time
Sabers: Please allow 4-6 weeks for stock delivery and 6-8 for custom sabers.

Return policy
We will do our very best to ensure you have no reason to return your purchases. Sometimes, issues are due to user error rather than actual defects, so when customers provide videos or photos, our technical team evaluates the issue and will provide a solution. If it turns out to be a genuine product defect, we will work with the manufacturer to get either replacement parts, and in some cases, even a new saber (for stock/non-weathered sabers). We ask that you reach out within 30 days of receiving the product to ensure the best service.
